I know I am very late to the party but I wanted a HD high bit-rate 8 bits version of Nekomonogatari so I added UTW-Masui subs (re-styled by Coalgirls) to ReinForce raws. Also Nisemonogatari is almost done and Bakemonogatari is in the works.

Added rori subs to ReinForce (8bits) raws. Episodes 1 to 10 are retimed by DmonHiro. I retimed the rest.
