Because at some point everyone conspired to not actually do BDs for this show, I spent some time editing CR scripts to be somewhat-reasonable for a BD release.

Changed dialogue styles to Elysium-esque. Improved typesetting and timing in earlier subs. Changed some TL notes and jokes to be easier to understand. Used the visually best sources I could find (least artifacts).
